32 N. Koreans released more than six months after attempting to transit Panama Canal with advanced weapons

All but 3 of the 35 North Koreans detained by the Panamanian authorities last July have been released by the authorities. On July 10, 2013, a North Korean cargo ship, the Chong Chon Gang, passed the Panama Canal on its way home from Cuba. The Panamanian authorities searched the ship on a drug smuggling suspicion.
