A missile brigade test fired at least 12 missiles days before China’s National Day, Oct 1, in the Gobi Desert, China’s state media reported. The brigade belongs to the PLA’s Second Artillery Corps, China’s strategic missile force in charge of all ballistic missiles and its nuclear arsenal.
