A 53-year-old Chinese man, Qing Quentin Huang, was arrested on Nov. 30 by the Canadian authorities for allegedly providing secret information on shipbuilding to Chinese government agencies. Royal Canadian Mounted Police officials reporting the news did not say what type of classified information was involved.
