Report: Pyongyang builds underground missile base near active volcano on Chinese border

The North Korean regime has completed an underground missile silo complex near Mount Paektu which is on the border with China. Since Mount Paektu is an active volcano, a major eruption might be triggered by any nuclear explosion should Pyongyang store some of its weaponized plutonium materials.
