SEOUL — South Korean President Park Geun-Hye has called for an “airtight” defense posture against North Korea, describing Pyongyang’s recent charm offensives as a prelude to imminent military provocations. “President Park ordered her defense minister and other security-related ministers to make more efforts to keep an airtight security posture against provocations at a time North Korea is conducting a flurry of propaganda offensives,” the presidential Blue House said.
