China is conducting 7 dangerous acts with the potential to destabilize regional peace and stability, and the U.S. government is very “concerned” about them, the Obama administration’s top Asian affairs official said. Daniel Russell, the Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, made public the concerns on Feb. 5.
